This year, the Chair of Timber Structures and Building Construction organised another student's excursion. We visited exciting companies and projects in southern Germany, Austria and Switzerland: 

• Factory tour at SWG Schraubenwerk Gaisbach
• Renovation of the historic roof structure of Neresheim Monastery
• Renovation of the König-Ludwig-Bridge in Kempten
• ReSidence pavilion and observation tower at the Regional Garden Show in Wangen
• LTW Intralogistics and Doppelmayr ropeway systems in Wolfurt, AT
• New riding hall in the mountain village of Ebnit, AT
• Factory tour at Holzbau Blumer Lehmann in Gossau, CH
• Site tour of the "Hortus" construction project in Basel/Allschwil, CH

We would like to thank all the companies and employees who welcomed us and showed us around, and all the students who contributed significantly to the success of the excursion with their motivation and thirst for knowledge.
