Notes on the exam

The exam is divided into two parts. The first part (30 min) contains comprehension questions. After 30 minutes, the answer sheets of the first part are collected and the second part (60 minutes) is handed out. In both parts of the examination, aids such as books, reprints, stapled notes, etc. are permitted.

Electronic calculators (without programs) may be used in both parts of the examination.

Writing paper, writing and drawing utensils and a valid photo ID must be brought along.

Tutorial for exam preparation

For intensive preparation for the written examination "Basics in Timber Structures", an examination tutorial is offered at KIT Timber Structures and Building Construction. Participation is voluntary.

Dates and location: Tutorials for "Basics in Timber Structures" are on Thursday, 08.02.2024 and Thursday, 15.02.2024 in HS 37, Building 20.40 at 14-15.30 each day.

Please bring your working materials (calculator, writing and drawing materials) with you.
